- You need of egg.
- Prepare of powdered sugar.
- Prepare of oil.
- It's of Hlf cup all purpose flour.
- Prepare of Hlf tsp baking powder.
- You need of Cocoa powder as per ur taste.
- Prepare of Milk 1/4 cup lukewarm.
- Prepare of choco / vanila essence.
Chocolate Swiss rolls step by step
- Take egg and sugar in bowl and whisk for 5 - 7 mins.
- Add oil and mix it well.
- Sieve flour Cocoa powder and baking powder in the same bowl and mix it.. Then add milk and essence and mix it...
- Grease the non stick pan with 1 tsp oil and pour the batter into the pan.
- Cover it and cook on low to medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes until the bubbles come out.
- Roll it on butter paper and let it cool on room temperature.
- Add whipped cream chocolate syrup and chocolate chips as required.
