Chocolate Swiss rolls step by step

  1. Take egg and sugar in bowl and whisk for 5 - 7 mins.
  2. Add oil and mix it well.
  3. Sieve flour Cocoa powder and baking powder in the same bowl and mix it.. Then add milk and essence and mix it...
  4. Grease the non stick pan with 1 tsp oil and pour the batter into the pan.
  5. Cover it and cook on low to medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes until the bubbles come out.
  6. Roll it on butter paper and let it cool on room temperature.
  7. Add whipped cream chocolate syrup and chocolate chips as required.
