- Pound the ginger and shallot and garlic then set aside.
- With oil pan fry the pork stirp which season with salt and pepper for about 7 to 8 minutes then remove excess oil, reserve about 2 tbsp of oil then pan fry the pounded ginger, shallot and garlic.
- Stir fry in Low heat for about 1 to 2 minutes and do not burn it.
