Ingredients of Swiss roll

  1. You need of Tea biscuit - > 250gram(i have used parle g).
  2. It's of Chocolate syrup.
  3. You need of Coffee powder.
  4. You need of Coconut(dessicated).
  5. It's of Powdered sugar.
  6. You need of Butter.
  7. Prepare of Cardamom powder.
  8. You need of Some milk as required.

Swiss roll step by step

  1. Fine grind all the biscuits.
  2. Add chocolate syrup, 1tbsp butter and coffee powder to the grinded biscuits(in case you have taken hide and seek biscuit then do not add coffee powder).
  3. Make a smooth dough out of it and you can put some water if it is too dry and prepare a semi soft dough out of it. Keep it aside.
  4. Now take the dessicated coconut and put sugar, cardamon powder and 1tbsp butter in it. Mix well..
  5. You can also use some milk to make the stuffing.
  6. Now, take half butter paper grease it from melted butter on one side.
  7. Put the dough onto it and roll it to ¼inch thickness. Try giving it a rectangular shape.
  8. Then spread the coconut stuffing over it in a flat layer and try keeping some space empty on the upper part of the dough.
  9. Now start rolling it as tight as you can with the help of the butter paper to prepare a tight roll out of it.
  10. After that put it in the refrigerator for around 3 to 4 hours or as required.
  11. When you feel it to be set take it out of the refrigerator and remove the paper from it.
  12. Then cut thick slices and serve.
