Ingredients of Swiss roll
- You need of Tea biscuit - > 250gram(i have used parle g).
- It's of Chocolate syrup.
- You need of Coffee powder.
- You need of Coconut(dessicated).
- It's of Powdered sugar.
- You need of Butter.
- Prepare of Cardamom powder.
- You need of Some milk as required.
Swiss roll step by step
- Fine grind all the biscuits.
- Add chocolate syrup, 1tbsp butter and coffee powder to the grinded biscuits(in case you have taken hide and seek biscuit then do not add coffee powder).
- Make a smooth dough out of it and you can put some water if it is too dry and prepare a semi soft dough out of it. Keep it aside.
- Now take the dessicated coconut and put sugar, cardamon powder and 1tbsp butter in it. Mix well..
- You can also use some milk to make the stuffing.
- Now, take half butter paper grease it from melted butter on one side.
- Put the dough onto it and roll it to ¼inch thickness. Try giving it a rectangular shape.
- Then spread the coconut stuffing over it in a flat layer and try keeping some space empty on the upper part of the dough.
- Now start rolling it as tight as you can with the help of the butter paper to prepare a tight roll out of it.
- After that put it in the refrigerator for around 3 to 4 hours or as required.
- When you feel it to be set take it out of the refrigerator and remove the paper from it.
- Then cut thick slices and serve.
