- You need of For the outer part.
- Prepare of Kaju Powder.
- You need of Sugar.
- It's of Elaichi Powder.
- It's of For Inside Roll.
- You need of Paneer.
- You need of Milk Powder.
- Prepare of Sugar.
- You need of Readymade Fruit Jelly.
- You need of Strawberry Syrup.
- You need of Silver Varakh for Garnishing.
Kaju Jelly Roll instructions
- For the inner part take the Paneer and knead till it's smooth.Then add 1/2 Cup Sugar and then stir on a medium flame.Once the water burns off add Milk Powder to it.Stir well to avoid Lumps..
- Now add to this mixture the strawberry syrup and add the fruit Jelly.Mix for 2 minutes and then putt off the stove and remove from stove..
- Once this inner part is lukewarm,make a Roll and keep aside till it cools..
- For the upper cover,make a 2 Strings sugar syrup and then add to it Kaju Powder.Mix it well and then add 1/4 tsp Elaichi Powder to it.Stir for 2 minutes and then remove from stove.Knead the dough in a thick paper till smooth.Then make roll it to a flat piece slightly bigger than the inner part roll..
- Insert inner part and cover with outer part.Apply silver Varakh once cooled down.Cut into smaller pieces..
