1. Prepare of Double Cream.
2. You need of can of Condensed Milk.
3. It's of Vanilla Extract.
4. You need of Limoncello (optional).
5. You need of Lemon Curd.

Lemon Curd Gelato instructions

1. Pour cream, milk and vanilla into a bowl and whisk until soft peaks formed..
2. Pour mixture into a freezable container then put in freezer for an hour..
3. After an hour take out of freezer and stir in lemon curd and limoncello. Mix well then put back in freezer for further 4 hours..
4. Remove from freezer and serve..
